Albanian Riviera (...it's a gem)

 The Albanian Riviera stretches along the Ionian Sea in southern Albania, offering a breathtaking mix of crystal-clear waters, rugged mountains, and charming coastal villages. Often described as Europe’s last untouched Mediterranean escape, the Riviera is rapidly gaining popularity for its natural beauty, authentic culture, and relaxed vibe. 

 From the vibrant nightlife of Saranda to the serene beaches of Dhermi, Himara, and Ksamil, the Riviera caters to every kind of traveler—adventurers, beach lovers, foodies, and culture seekers alike. 

  Traditional stone villages like Qeparo and Vuno offer glimpses into a simpler, slower way of life, while the nearby Butrint National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, connects visitors to ancient history.

 So, while Albania is not part of the "main" European Alps, its Albanian Alps are a breathtaking and lesser-known alternative—often called Europe’s hidden gem for adventurous travelers.
